Bolivia and Peru are at it again. These two countries have a long history of displeasure against each other. They were involved in many controversies. They have been displeased with each other for a really long time. The latest controversy is certainly one of kind. It is not political; it involves the dress that is to be worn by Miss Peru for the miss universe contest to be held in the Bahamas. The dress is inspired by an Andean dance which is popular in both the countries. The costume made for Miss Peru is made of horns and eyes. Outraged Bolivia has accused Peru of misusing the culture and the heritage of Bolivia. This row between the two countries has said to have stirred up people from both the sides. It is also said that Bolivia is looking to sue Peru. But Peru for its part has said that the dance belongs to the altiplano region which forms both these countries. It still remains to be seen, whether this hatred for each other will come to an end.
