The 28-year-old singer was spotted indulging in her nicotine cravings on her hotel balcony in Miami during a break from her Circus tour, a tabloid reported. Earlier, the mother of two had enthralled crowds with her energetic performances and risqué outfits, donning a revealing officer’s costume during the closing track Womanizer. Spears ahs been showcasing her toned body throughout the summer, courtesy her improved diet and frequent trips to the gym. She had recently made an appearance in the promotional for an awards ceremony, wearing a white two-piece bikini.
